Cold rolled galvanized steel plate refers to a steel sheet that has undergone both the cold rolling process and the galvanization process. Galvanization involves coating the steel sheet with a layer of zinc to enhance its corrosion resistance.

The cold rolling process of cold rolled galvanized steel sheets involves passing the sheet through rolls at room temperature to reduce its thickness and improve its surface finish. This process increases the strength and hardness of the steel sheet while maintaining tight dimensional tolerances.

After the cold rolling process, the steel sheet is subjected to a galvanizing treatment. Galvanizing is achieved by immersing the steel sheet in a molten zinc solution or by applying a zinc layer using an electroplating process. The zinc layer adheres to the surface of the steel sheet, forming a protective barrier against corrosion.
